Gel air memory foam is a kind of memory foam, which add some gel powder to bring more cooling feel. It's made by special foaming process, to make the foam with better breathability. By cutting into 3D small cube shape, it can be filled into the pillows, to fit the body curve perfectly and providing the most comfortable support. At the same time, breath will be more smooth and sleeping quality will be 19.8% to 59.54% improved.
As the largest foam/foam product manufacturer in South China, Union-Win has the own foaming line and rich experince for memory foam. We can provide the air memory foam by 28D/35D, cusomized rebond speed(1s-12s), customized color and any shapes. In addition, it can be added gel powder, bamboo charcoal, copper, graphite, or some scents, to make the memory foam with more selling points.
For all foams, we have the CertiPUR-US, OEKO-TEX100. What's more, our company keeps the ISO 9001 with more than 10 years. And for each batch foam, we will save samples in our lab with tests. Therefore, dont need to worry about our foam quality anymore

Q.Is this product with my own design available?
A: OEM & ODM services are available.
Q.What is your Shipping services?
A: Sea, train, air and express (DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS, etc.) are available.
Q.What is your Payment Terms?
A: T/T(Bank transfer), Paypal and L/C at sight are available. Some other payment ways can be discussed.
Q: May I get a sample from you?
A: Yes, we can provide sample for test. It will charge a sample fee, which can be refund by future bulk order. And generally, we need about 1-2 weeks to produce the sample
Q: How about the quality control?
A: Generally, we will send confirmed samples according to your requirement for your checking before bulk order. And we have several staffs in QC Dep, who will check the materials and each parts to make sure the production goes correctly, same as the sample/requests. When the products are ready, we will take some to our lab, to do a lot of quality test. What's more, before packing it up, we will double check all products details, to ensure the quality
Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes. Generally, we promise it 100% rebound within 6 months, for most of our compressed products. And by usual use, we offer 5 years warranty for our products.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, as we mentioned above, all of our products are produced by strict quality control system and we requests it as 0% defective rate
Secondly, during the guarantee time, if do have some faulty items by our quatliy issues, we can provide a new ones by next order, for free
