Description

Fully automatic butt fusion welding machine is suitable for automatically butt fusion welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, and PVDF in construction site or workshop. Automatic butt fusion plastic pipe welding machine can be managed automatically by using our auto-control system, this would eliminate any risk of error due to the operator. It's available in two versions, one is manual extraction of the heating plate, another is intergrated mechanical extraction of the heating plate.

CNC butt fusion machine composes of machine body, auto-control system, planning tool and heating plate. It is easy to use software and control panel allow to view the most widely used welding standards. By selecting any one of the standard and pipe diamater or SDR, all the welding parameters ( pressure, time, temperature ) would be automatically calculated according to its standard..

At the end of the welding cycle, all data are stored in the in-built memory, up to 2000 records. It is equipment with a USB port for welding report in encrypted EXCEL.

Preparations and precautions.

1. The material of the butt pipe section should be the same, and the matching materials of the same factory should be used as much as possible; the outer diameter and wall thickness of the butt pipe section should be consistent, and the error should be within the allowable range; the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes and fittings to be welded should be smooth and smooth, without abnormality; The butt pipe sections should have good processing and welding performance matched with the welding machine.

When welding in cold climate and strong wind environment, protective measures should be taken; the surface to be welded must be scraped off the oxide scale and clean before welding; the electrofusion pipe fittings should not be unpacked when not in use, and strictly follow the welding machine instructions and pipe bar codes. time value for welding; during the welding process and in the cooling phase after welding, do not move the connector or apply any external force.

2. The operation points of  connection.

Clean the dirt on the connecting surface of the pipe, mark the insertion depth, and scrape the skin; fix the pipe on the frame, and put the electrofusion pipe fittings on the pipe; straighten the parts to be connected to ensure that they are on the same axis; power on and weld; cool down. When connecting, the selection of voltage and heating time when energized and heated should comply with the regulations of the manufacturer of electrofusion connection equipment and pipe fittings. While the fused connection is cooling, do not move or apply any external force on the connection.
