Specifications
1) Used for cutting pipe (PVC, PEX, Plastic hose, rubber hoses, nylon, PV, ABS, PE, PS heterotypic pipe
2) Cutter size have 20-32mm, 20-42mm, 40-63mm, 75-110mm.
3) Body material: die-casting Al-alloy, which means you can apply more pressure
4) Blade material: 65Mn high carbon steel blade with very careful heat treated for longer life, special stainless steel is also available for professional users.
Advantages

Attention
When product used in winter, the pipe would be put in the lukewarm water for heating at first to avoid burst because for cold and fragile at cutting. If the edge of cutter appeared wear and tear at using, loose the fixed screw and buy the same type of pipe blade for change after using, we should push down the handle and spread on rustproof oil. Product apply to rigid plastic pipe or aluminum plastic pipe, but not to be applied on electric cable line and steel pipe to avoid to cause cutter damaged seriously.
Note
When cutting hoses/thin tubes with this tube cutter, it is recommended to reserve a length of at least about 40mm on both sides to make the stress points even, so as to avoid inclining the cutting surface or deforming the tube.
Instructions for use
1) Open the handles by releasing the lock at the handle ends.
2) When cutting detail, squeeze and release the movable handle several times until the detail is cut.
3) After use, close the working blade completely by squeezing and releasing the movable handle, lock the connected handles.
