DYSS single-shaft shredder is a shredding equipment with a wide range of applications. It is designed to meet the waste recycling requirements of various industries. It can be used in a wide variety of materials, including various plastic products such as blocks, pipes and woven bags, various used cables, wood, waste paper and electronic waste etc. The size of the shredded material is depend on the features of material and the next step, and the shredded material can be directly recycled or for further crushed.

This plastic single shaft shredder machine is designed to process with tough ,hard and solid plastics lumps ,also such as large thick pipes, buckets, pallets,rubber, wood, etc. Working with medium speed , low noise, low power consumption. Rotary blades has 4 sides can be exchanged four times for use, which prolong using life. When push materials by hydraulic, can select speed and presure freely according to different materials load. It is with low labor strength, safe& reliable operation.

Plastic crusher is used to crush all kinds of plastic plastics and rubbers such as plastic profiles, tubes, rods, threads, films, waste rubber products. The pellets can be directly used for extrusion as raw materials for production. The plastic crusher uses alloy steel blades for long life. At the same time, the machine adopts a separate design for easy maintenance and cleaning. It has a double-layer structure and is equipped with sound-proof materials. The noise is very low. The base is also equipped with four wheels for easy movement.
