Product Description:

Cup thermoforming machine is a machine used to manufacture plastic cups, which uses thermoforming technology to form the shape of cups through moulds after heating and softening the thermoplastic material. Features:

Heating the plastic sheet: the plastic sheet (usually a thermoplastic such as polypropylene or polystyrene) is placed in the heating area of the machine and softened and deformed by heat.
 
Forming mould: the machine is equipped with a forming mould inside, the shape of which determines the shape and size of the final formed cup.
 
Material Forming: Once the plastic sheet has been heated to a temperature sufficient to soften it, pressure or vacuum forces cause it to fit onto the surface of the forming mould, forming the shape of the cup.
 
Cooling and Curing: Once the plastic sheet is formed into the cup shape with the mould, a cooling system reduces the temperature, allowing the plastic to cool and cure quickly.
 
Finished Product Release: After cooling and curing, the mould is opened and the formed plastic cup is removed.
