Plastic PET Transparent Rigid Sheet/Film Extrusion Line/Extruder machine

PC/PMMA/PS/MS Sheet/Board Extrusion Machinery Plastic Extruder is widely used in lighting part of the construction industry and the rain tent.A telephone booth,advertising signpost,the advertisement of lamp houses,the expressway.Suitable for indoor,window of high-grade decorative materials and noise barrier in noisy environment.
1. The whole line of the machine adopts Siemens PLC online control, which is convenient and simple to operate. 2. Single screw extruder and special screw are used to ensure the melting effect of plastic. 3. The hydraulic screen changer provides an excellent seal effect to ensure non-stop work. 4. The melt pump ensures the smooth extrusion of the plastic and the uniformity of the sheet. 5. Use high-precision molds to ensure the uniformity of extruded plastics. 6. Three-roll calendar provides good thermostat 7. The online trimming and recycling device avoids waste of side material, and can be recycled and crushed to the feeding hopper online to realize real-time recycling and production. 8. The oven device ensures that the sheet does not curl.
Advantages: Good transparency, aging resistance, impact resistance, flaming retarding, stable physical properties, light weight(installation easily) . Can be bended directly, good performance of hot forming. Sound insulation resistance.
Extruder Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.
Screen changer and mould: The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack mode are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plates (sheets).
Three-roller calendaring machine: Inclined and vertical three-roller calendaring machine should be chosen according to the thickness of the plates(sheets). Temperature controller operates separately and gap among the three rollers can be adjusted freely, and the central roller has special design of regulating angle. Both ensure the excellent calendaring effect and even thickness of plates (sheets).
