This equipment adopts deep water design, horizontal advancement, extrusion and other methods to overcome the shortcomings of traditional rinsing tanks. It is very suitable for density separation and PET bottle chip cleaning, and completely solves the problems of incomplete separation of submerged materials and floating materials.

working principle:
The material is put into the front of the rinsing tank, the rinsing dial is rotated, and the animal material is rinsed and moved forward. After rinsing by several rinsing dials, the material reaches the end of the water tank, and then it is pulled out of the water tank by the discharge fork. The bottom of the water tank has three sewage outlets. When dirt and impurities accumulate a lot, the dirt and impurities can be discharged through the sewage outlet.
