Description of Waste PP PE Film Washing Machinery:
PP PE plastic washing machinery is widely used to washing recycling the used PP/PE plastic soft material.
This washing machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.
This PP PE recycling machinery is high automatic operating and low consume, can save labor, save power and save water, easy to maintenance.
We have CE and SGS certification for the entire PP PE film washing recycling machine.
We can also customize the washing line according to client's material and product requirement.
Main Features:
1. Capacity of the plastic PP PE recycling machinery includes: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h and 1500kg/h;
2. Final product flakes size can be controlled at 30-60mm;
3. All parts contact with water are all made of SUS 304;
4. PLC control, choose motor brand according to customer's requirements;
5. Final PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets.
