Description:
Double shaft shredder is compose of main motor, hard-tooth gear box, rotator blade, rotator screw, machine frame, machine base, machine box, Work platform etc.
The fixing blade is mounted on the frame, and the rotary cutter shaft is equipped with a detachable embedded rotator blades. The number of movable cutters is determined according to different models and the size of the rotating cutter shaft, and the blunt can be removed and then sharpened, thereby greatly saving the maintenance cost. Increase the service life of the machine. Because it is a claw type rotating blade, rotary cutting, and the rotating blade is made of imported SKD11 material. After heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC60° or more. The service life is long, the cutting ability is strong, and the production capacity is high.
