Description:
Waste PE film recycling machine line is designed by company to wash waste PP PE film to reuse.
For LDPE waste film recycling and washing line,
its basic configuration includes: belt conveyor→ crusher→ friction washer→ floating washer→ squeezing granulating machine→ Silo→ control panel.
Final water content: 1%.
Only change crusher scream, this machine line can also recycle PP/PE hard materials.
300kg/h Machine Line's Project Evaluation:
1. Process: crushing ,washing and drying;
2. Final product: clean LDPE film flakes;
3. Final size: about 40-60mm;
