Plastic Washing Recycling Machine description:
-This pet flake hot washer machine is used for mixing waste HDPE PET bottle scrap.
-The material will stay at hot washer for 8-10 minutes, and the hot washer steamer feed with chemical (caustic Soda/NaOH/or other detergent) , and the temperature should be keep 90-95℃.
-this system can be used Gas, electric and diesel to steam the hot washer according the customer requirement.
-Rotor shaft inside hot washer is made by stainless steel.

Crusher(Usage:for crushing the material into smaller size)
Trommel(Usage: Separate different impurities, such as sand, metal ,according to the size of the holes)
Label remover(Usage: for removing the labels by friction between screen and arms)

Floating washer(Usage: Remove labels, caps and so on)
