Plastic Bottle Shredder Machine Introduction
This series plastic recycling machine will be used to recycle pet bottle, water bottle, Sprite bottle, cola bottle, juice bottle, pet sheet, pet packing container and so on.
Pet recycling machine include label remover machine, grinder crusher machine, sorting equipment, hot washing tank, friction washing machine, float washing tank, hot air dryer system, zig zag label separator, air silo etc.
After washing recycling, dirty pet material will remover label, oil, glue, sand etc.
new flakes can make 2-d or 3-d pet fiber, filament yarn, pet strap, pet sheet, pet film etc.
we supply 500-5000 kg/h or customized the big capacity for customer
High speed friction washer to cleaning the flakes by rpm high speed friction, process with water, Floating washer tank to remove the dirty, Hot washer chamber add some chemicals (e.g. suda) to remove the oil/grease, etc… Dewatering machine to remove the wate, rotation speed reach rpm.
Final products has good quality. When process PET bottle, final products humidity below 1%, impurities 100 rpm, PVC label content 100 ppm, The whole line capacity between 300kg/h-3000kg/hour
Parts which contact material use SUS304 stainless steel, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service lift time
