PP PE plastic granulating machine is used recycle reuse waste plastic film or woven bags materials. It has auto temperature, auto change screen filter. The material can be directly go into extruder when they crushed. The cutter machine use frequency motor, it can be cut according the speed of feeder.
Plastic Recycling Extruder Machine Description:

2. It is ideal equipment for recycling plastic waste such as plastic film, silk, sheet (below 0.5mm), strap, and bag. This line is with new design, reasonable composition, steady operation, easy to maintain, low noise and low consumption.
3. Fitting material: PE, LDPE, HDPE raw material
4. The thickness of the waste material: less than 0.5mm .
5. The waste material should not be with oil dirt, metal and other sundries. For the capacity, ususally 100-800kg/h. It is according to your request.
Plastic Recycling Extruder Machine Features:
· three in one, this compactor machine include crush, extrude and pelletizing function. With high efficiency, high output.
· The compactor with high temperature, make plastics small, and it also have cutter function, meanwhile evaporating water.
· Single screw extruder can be equipped with exhaust or non-exhaust, pelletizing method, screen changing device etc, according to the characteristics of plastic.
· Extruder is equipped with pressure sensors. Pressure sensor is used to detect pressure. When it’s time to replace filter screen, warning light will ring.
· Die-face pelletizing is expected to reduce manpower cost.
· Drivetrain: High torque precision gearbox. Low noise and steady operation.
· Dedicated screw and barrel design: The screw is specially designed for recycled materials based on their characteristics. The unique design ensures full degassing in operation.
· It can be used one stage or two stage ,depend on how clean of your raw material.
Plastic compactors reduce the original volume of the plastic by up to 90%. And any shape or memory of the plastic is destroyed, so the machines are ideal for recycling.

The final pellets look beautiful, the shape is a cylinder, and the size and thickness can be adjustable.
If you raw material is 100% film, we suggest you use compactor feeder, the films can be go to extruder directly.
But if you raw material is <= 50% film, you can use force feeder, than you also can use HDPE hard material, but the film material should be agglomerating before going to extruder.
