Description:
STPLAS PP raffia bag force on dewatering, squeezing, agglomerating three machine to one unit, Simplified the process of squeezing and granulating film woven bags, The machine adopts electromagnetic heating method, heating is fast and stable, which greatly saves the cost of electrical energy and machine investment, and improves production efficiency.
Features :
1. Plastic PE film squeezer dewatering machine which takes advanced Italian techniques as reference, especially the screw pressing dewatering design.
2. Then agglomerating the film scrap by the self-friction heat. The heating mould equiped with high speed cutting blade, so the size of the final pellet is customized.
3. PE film squeezing dryer dry HDPE LDPE films by screw pressing. Final moisture content is around 3-5%. Compared with traditional hot air dryer and dewater, PE film squeezing dryer is low power consumption, big capacity, high efficiency.
