Description:
• The PET plastic bottle recycling machine is mainly used to recycle waste PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, etc.
• The recycling line for washing PET bottles includes: conveyor belt, label extractor (dry or wet type), sorting system, metal detection system, plastic granulator or grinder, float wash tank, hot wash system, friction washer, dewatering machine, thermal dryer, label / dust / lamellar separator and packaging system.
• The above machines can easily remove labels, caps, rings, glue, dirt and other contaminants. After all, you get the perfect PET flakes.
• All line requirements for recycling, drying, washing and shredding your pet bottles can be customized.
Features:
• Labor savings. The bale feeding and opening system provided by us ensures a uniform material flow.
• You can use the manual sorting system to select bottles of different colors and non-PET materials.
• A metal detector is optional and is used to extract any metal from PET bottles.
• The specially designed PET bottle granulator can easily achieve high performance, and the wet water treatment can
reduce wear on the blades.
• The high speed dewatering machine and drying system will ensure the moisture content of the final PET flakes <2%.
• Zig-zag label blower will remove the last labels from the flakes to guarantee the PVC content.
