SJ90 Plastic PET PP PE Straps Making Machine Single Screw Extruder
Description:
PET belt is recognized as a new environmental protection material that replaces steel and PP belt in the main international market. They not only combine the intensity and strength of the steel strip, but also overcome the shortcomings of traditional packaging materials, such as insufficient strength, brittleness, etc. They are currently applied to wood, steel, etc.
Features:
1. Uses an advanced dehumidification system. Provides moisture to the material from 80 ppm to 50 ppm. Meanwhile, it thickens the material and increases its viscosity.
2. Adopts a closed circuit supply system after the dryer to avoid contact with outside air and to ensure continuous drying of the material.
3. The extruder uses a special PET screw. The snail has unique separation and mixing properties to ensure uniform plasticization. The screw is suitable for recycled PET bottle flakes, PET blend and PET raw materials. The extruder uses a forced filling ratio to ensure stable extrusion. This ensures a uniform product.
4. Make products of different models in the same mold and die with a hydraulic heat exchanger without leaking material.
5. A static cooling roller replaces the cooling water tank. The roller will cool the belt to a constant temperature. Increase the stretching intensity of the product.
6. Once formed, the belt is heated and heated to remove the tension that remains after stretching. This makes molecular tropism stable to avoid storage-induced belt deformation.
7. The fan has a double working position and an automatic sprayer. It is easy to operate and convenient to replace coils.
8. Centralized electrical control and self-correcting PLC control simplify operation.
