1) Supporting the use of Siemens touch screen and controller, the system runs stably and highly integrated.
2) Touch screen display all operations page of extrusion unit, traction unit and winding uni.It can generate "material temperature - time "curve, "die pressure - time" curve , "wire diameter - time " curve, and also can export to print with user demand.
3) There’s a recipe management features.Users only need to record production parameters of various materials and form formula, keep it in the touch screen. Formula can be called directly at the next reproduction, without having to reset up.
4) Both hardware and software have security protection circuit. User can quickly stop the machine by pressing the stop button.

2. ABS filament process temperature is 230-260° C,melting point is 230° C
3. PLA 3D printer filament is 210-235°C, melting point is 200°C
4. PVA temperature for printer is 180°C-200°C.Melting point is 200°C.
5. PA Nylon temperature for printer is 220°C-250°C.Melting point is 260°C
6. PC temperature for printer is 230°C-250°CMelting point is 260°C.
7. HIPS filaments temperature for printer is 160°C-220°C,Melting point is 230°C.
Detailed information :
1. Produce process
I. Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (1-1.5 hours).
II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .
III. Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter range at 1.7-1.8mm/2.95-3.05mm, roundness +/-0.05mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg
