PS Foaming Extrusion

1.  This extrusion line mainly contains conical twin screw extruder ,glue extruder ,vacuum calibration unit ,haul-off unit ,cutter and stacker.
2.  It adopts intelligent control system, high automatic system, with feature of stability, easy operating and high efficiency.
3.  By changing different types of mold, it can produce all kinds of fast loading wallboard with different types, sizes, shapes, thickness. With rich production experience, JWELL can provide on-site installation and debugging services freely, including operation train and raw material formula, to insure the customer can operate autonomously.

Equipment introduction

1.  PS Foam Profile Extrusion Line, consists of single screw extruder and the special co-extruder, with the cooling water tank, hot stamping machine system, haul-off unit, and stacker.
2.  This line with imported ABB AC inverter control, imported RKC temperature meter etc. and features of good plasticization, high output capacity, and stable performance etc.
3.  The hot stamping machine system combined foreign technology, by the hot stamping embossing method,transfer the coating layer from the film to the PS foamed profile.
4.  The machine with good appearance, stable performance,accurate & easy operation. By adjust the embossing wheel the machine can work on various of different profiles.
5.  Working together with the main extruder and other extrusion down steam equipments, this line is popular as the latest developed producing line.

PE&PP Wood-Plastic 

1.  Wood-plastic composite materials complete in different equipment of mixing, from play, extruding products, mixing the raw material in a certain formula, forming wood-plastic particles in the middle, and then squeezing out products.
2.  And nowadays, the two-step way is used currently, application of a wider general use dual-cone-or two-extruder granulation, and then double-cone or single screw extruder extrusion products, mainly used in floor indoor or outdoor,parapets, tray, such as PE plastic extrusion products.
3.  Because of the advantages: simple operation, lower requests to the overall technological level and to the matching mold and extrusion equipment than the one-step, and also smaller investment on equipment relatively.

1.  By adopting the foreign and domestic advanced technology, we successfully developed the small profile extrusion line.
2.  This line consists of Single Screw Extruder, Vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off Unit, Cutter and Stacker, the producing line features of good plasticization, high output capacity, low power consumption and etc.
3.  The main extruder speed controlled by imported AC inverter, and temperature control by Japanese RKC or FUJI temperature meter, vacuum pump and traction gear reducer of the downstream equipment are all good quality products, and also easy maintenance.
