Plastic vertical mixer Features
1. Our company vertical plastic mixer uses rapid rotation of screw to elevate materials from bottom to top and throws in umbrella shape to the bottom so that materials will roll and mix in the drum evenly and efficiently.
2. The spiral repeated mixing of propeller blade inside enables materials to be mixed more evenly and rapidly.
3. Suitable to mix all kinds of plastic materials and color master batch.A better performance when new and old and color master batch are mixed together.
4. All contact parts between equipment and materials are made of stainless steel,which is easy to wash and may avoid rust.
5. One power control security protection device is set to ensure safe operation.
6. Provision of tailoring drying function.
Vertical Plastic Mixer Machine Information
Eronte spiral-type vertical mixer utilizes its fast rotating spiral blades to lift materials from the hopper to the top and then throw them down into barrel. In this way, materials are mixed and stirred.
The vertical mixer application range covers: color masterbatch mixing, waste recycled flakes mixing, granule mixing, pellets+ flakes mixing, grains corn mixing and so on.
