Coiler pipe coiling machine function
1. The machine is suitable for the traction of PE, PP - R, aluminous model multiple tube, cross-linking compound pipe and sheet plastic winding packaging.
2. Adopt automatic winding, adjust the winding speed, winding tension: winding alternately is equipped with two sets to ensure continuity.
3. Adopts pneumatic opening or collapsed, and at the same time equipped with a polished rod line line, automatic line, achieve uniform rows, winding, the machine has compact structure, high degree of automation, good appearance, easy to operate.
Application
1. Details:Normally this machine is used together with our pipe production line. It is mainly used to collect the plastic flexible pipes and soft sealing strips such as aluminum-plastic compound pipe, crosslinked pipe, PE pipe and PVC pipe, etc.
2. The machine will automatically collect and the winding speed is controlled by tension. Electromagnetic clutch is used to change the disk so as to make sure the machine can continuously work with nonstop.
3. The arm of winding disk will open or close through pneumatic combination mode. The machine is fixed with ray creel stand for automatically pipe arrangement so as to make the pipe coil even and regular.
4. The machine was mainly used to tolling and packing of the plastic soft pipings Tt matches other equipment in usage to effect the automatization of processing
5. This double disk coiler has a longer winder length than the single one.
6. Adopted high quality material, the winder can work long time.
7. It is mainly used to wind soft plastic pipes in the production lines.
