8. There is a water plug in the side of box, which can easily drain the melted ice water.
How to use the cooler box if you would like to keep the items cold and frozen when transport them?
1)Put the ice pack/box in refrigerator and freeze it for about 6-10 hours (the time depending on the capacity of the refrigerator), until the filling fluid in ice pack/box is frozen into solid completely.
2)The goods should be pre-cooled to the required keeping temperature before loaded in the cold box.
3)Load the pre-cooled goods in cold box orderly. And then install the frozen ice pack/box in the cold box properly,
4)Close up cold box cover (or door) and lock up the latch. Then check if cover (or door) has been closed up fitly. If no, please open cover (or door) and rearrange the goods and cold plates/bags and repeat the steps mentioned above.
5)Load the cold box filled with goods into conveyance (conveyance is no need for refrigeration equipment). On the way of transportation.
6)Displace goods from cold box to local refrigerator after transportation.
7)Take out the ic pack/box, discharged cold from cold box and refreeze them for the next using.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to15 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
