Trigger spray pumps usually have a piston structure inside. When we press the trigger button, we push the piston in the pump body. The movement of the piston compresses the air inside the pump, which creates a certain pressure. Under the action of pressure, the pressure in the pump body increases, so that the inlet valve is closed and the outlet valve is opened. At this time, the liquid originally stored in the bottle is sucked into the pump body and pressed out of the spray port through the outlet channel. When the liquid is ejected from the spray port, it passes through a specially designed atomization structure. This structure usually consists of tiny holes or gaps that allow the liquid to be dispersed into tiny droplets as it passes through, creating a spray effect. In order to prevent the ejected liquid from backflowing into the bottle, the trigger spray pump is also equipped with the corresponding backflow prevention device. This ensures that the liquid in the bottle is not contaminated and always maintains good quality.
