1. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Few quantity amples are free but the freight for express is on buyer’s account.
2. Can we customized samples with our brand?
Yes, We can make customized samples depend on your artwork, design, drawing or original samples.
We could offer various printing ways. Silk-screen printing, hot stamping and so on. and the bamboo/wood products we can also make
engraving logo on it.
3. What kinds of customized you can do?
Customization of existing, we can make it in different color, different pattern, surface treatment as painting, electroplating,
silk-screen printing, hot-stamping, hot-transfer printing, water-transfer printing, decal, 3D printing, laser engraving, etc.
4. What about the normal lead time?
In stock products delivery time about 1-3 working days after payment arrived.
Production product about 10-20 working day production time after deposit payment arrived.
New mold design products need about 15-30 days to make the new mold, and another 10-20 days production time for bulk order.
5. What types of payment terms do you accept?
We need 100% payment before delivery for sample order.
For bulk order, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) if delivery by sea, and 100% payment if delivery by air.
And for customized product with private brand, the payment terms we accept are T/T (40% deposit, 60% against B/L copy). If delivery by sea, and 100% payment if delivery by air.
6. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.
Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
