Lotion dispenser shampoo bottle pump works as follows:

 
When we press the head of the shampoo bottle pump, it moves the internal piston rod downward.
At this time, the space inside the pump body is compressed to form a high-pressure area. Under the action of pressure, the check valve connecting the lower part of the pump body with the liquid in the bottle is closed to prevent the liquid from returning to the bottle.
At the same time, the check valve connected with the outlet of the pump head is opened, so that the compressed lotion is squeezed out through the outlet.
When we release the force of the press, the piston rod bounces upward under the action of the spring.
At this time, negative pressure is formed inside the pump body, the check valve at the exit is closed, and the check valve connected with the lotion in the bottle is opened, and the lotion in the bottle is sucked into the pump body to prepare for the next press extrusion lotion.
By repeated press and release action, continuous quantitative extrusion of the lotion can be achieved.

Prime the Pump: Before the first use or after refilling, it's important to prime the pump to remove any air from the system. To do this, press the pump head several times until you see shampoo dispensing from the nozzle. This primes the pump and ensures it's ready for normal use.
 
Dispense Shampoo: Hold the dispenser over your hand, hair, or directly into another container. Press down evenly and firmly on the pump head with your palm or fingers. The pump mechanism inside the dispenser will create suction, drawing shampoo up through the tube and dispensing it through the nozzle.
 
Adjust the Amount: You can control the amount of shampoo dispensed by varying the pressure on the pump head. Press lightly for a smaller amount of shampoo and more firmly for a larger amount.
 
Release and Stop: Release pressure on the pump head once you have dispensed the desired amount of shampoo. The pump will automatically reset for the next use.
 
Wipe Clean (Optional): If any shampoo drips or spills on the dispenser or surrounding surfaces, wipe it clean with a damp cloth to maintain cleanliness.
