Apply the Cap: Screw or press the cap onto the container, ensuring that it is tightened securely. The aluminum foil seal liner should be pressed against the rim or lip of the container, creating a tight seal.
Induction Sealing (If Applicable): If using an induction sealing method, apply an induction sealing machine over the cap to induce heat, which activates the adhesive layer of the foil liner. This creates a hermetic seal between the foil liner and the container, ensuring tamper-evidence and product integrity.
Inspect the Seal: After applying the cap, visually inspect the seal to ensure that it is uniform and without gaps or wrinkles. Gently run your finger along the edge of the cap to check for any signs of improper sealing.
Storage and Handling: Store the sealed containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Handle the containers with care to avoid damaging the seal.
Opening the Container: To open the container, unscrew or remove the cap by twisting or pulling it off. Depending on the type of seal liner used, you may need to peel off the foil liner before accessing the contents of the container.
