Key principles:

Container Feeding: The machinery starts by feeding containers onto a conveyor belt or other feeding mechanism. These containers are typically pre-filled with the product that needs to be sealed, such as yogurt, pudding, or other food items.

Foil Lid Feeding: Simultaneously, aluminum foil lids are fed into the machine from a roll or stack. These lids are precut to the appropriate size to fit the containers being sealed.

Heat Sealing: The aluminum foil lids are positioned over the containers, and heat sealing mechanisms apply heat and pressure to the foil lids, causing them to adhere securely to the rims of the containers. The heat activates a heat-sealable layer on the underside of the foil lid, bonding it to the container's rim.

Cooling: After the sealing process, the sealed containers may pass through a cooling station to allow the foil lids to solidify and securely seal the containers. This helps to ensure that the seals remain intact during handling and transportation.

Quality Control: Throughout the sealing process, the machinery may incorporate quality control mechanisms to ensure the proper alignment of the foil lids, consistent application of heat and pressure, and secure sealing of the containers. This may include sensors, cameras, or other inspection systems to detect any defects or irregularities in the sealing process.

Packing:

Machine packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case.
