Features:

The concave and convex double-channel sealing method is adopted between the container cover and the container, and the sealing effect is better than the conventional single-channel flat sealing. The wall of the vessel is provided with a cooling interlayer, and the cooling interlayer is provided with a spiral water passage to allow the cooling water to flow according to a set route. Cool evenly, fast cooling and good cooling effect. The container has an inverted truncated cone-shaped inner cooling jacket, which increases the cooling area and speeds up the cooling.
The cold machine introduces the foreign deceleration technology and adopts the direct deceleration device, which overcomes all the disadvantages of using the reducer and makes the operation more stable. An exhaust device is arranged on the cover of the cold machine to fully eliminate the gas generated by the hot mix during the cooling process, thereby improving the quality of the product.

According to the characteristics of the material, the stainless steel blade has two kinds of disc blades and three blades. The agitating paddle is driven by a motor through a triangular tape.
