Application:
The type mini PVC high speed mixer is suitable for a small amount of material mixing ,coloring and drying for experiment . In common condition ,the mini mixer is a necessary auxiliary machine for mini extruder .
Features of mini mixer:
A1:Mixing blades -self cleaning adjustable in height specific to the material being mixed, simple design, armoured leading adges.
A2:Long life blades SS304.( nitrogen and carbonization treatment optional)
A3:SS304 Vessel highly polished surface inside. (wall thickness 6mm,bottom thickness 8 mm)
A4:Twin jacket with thermal insulation.(heat transfer oils optional)
A5:The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in pneumatic way.
A6:Double seal for main shaft to preventing powder infiltrate into bearing.
A7:The electric control system uses RKC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron,ABB ect.
