Waste recycle PVC/PE/PET pelletizing granulation machine with vibrator system
Application:
PVC pelletizing machine with different designs of screw, this machine can be applied to granulate the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC. It can be stopless in the course of production.
It used pneumatic conversion and strong-wind blowing. At the same time can adjust stainless steel storage container and can run at high speed for a long time while extrude stably.
Process flow:
Raw material+ additive → Mixing → Conveying feeding → hopper feeding → Conical twin screw extruder → Hot face cutting → Cyclone separator → Vibration sieve → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

A1:Extruder screw and barrel from Zhoushan,with vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can ensure good quality of final granules.
A2: Gearbox: From Jiangyin gearbox company,very famous brand in China,with nice outline, stable running, low noise and long service time.
A3: Heating system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel plate covers, wind fan cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature controlling.
A4: Driving system: adopting Siemens motor, using ABB inverter which provide stable torque output and various speed.
A5:Pelletizing head is all made by mold steel,with high temperature treatment,with long life time.
A6:Cooling device is consist of blower and storage hopper,storage hopper is all made by stainless steel.
