The high-speed and high-efficiency mixer and automatic weighing and oil mixing system manufactured by BEISU Machinery are particularly suitable for efficient and uniform mixing of solid-liquid, solid-powder, powder-powder, and powder-liquid. Products are widely used in fine chemicals, feed, electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, biology, medicine, non-metallic mining, building materials, coatings, dyes, fertilizers and metal powders for better mixing. Shear sensitive crystalline powder, batch product mixing, mixing liquid into solid.

The working principle : The motor directly drives the main shaft to rotate through the belt wheel and the reduction box. The rotating blades with special shapes installed on the main shaft rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the tapered wall of the fixed mixing tank and is in a state of reversing motion. , Forming a kind of swirling motion, for materials of different densities, it is easy to mix uniformly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice that of ordinary mixers.

Fuction of Lab equipment SHR-10/25/50 PVC/PE/PP mini mixer machine mufacturer:

A1: Mixing tank; a specially designed double-walled jacket structure with an inner cavity of S.S plate. Conical container composed of grinding plate, shell and top benefit. The top cover is provided with material and binder inlets, and the silver plate structure is a jacket type for cooling water and hot water to pass.

A2: Mixing rotating blade; the blade is installed on the main shaft, and two speeds (60r/min and 120r/min) can be changed during the working process, so that the materials can be fully mixed. Specially designed labyrinth structure and mixing blades of hardened and chrome-plated special alloy steel. Ensure the longer life of the mixer cooler.

A3: Hybrid transmission device; it is composed of electric motor, belt wheel and reduction box. The motor is a variable-speed speed regulation type.

A4: Mixing discharge door; a discharge mechanism installed on the side of the mixing tank, where the mixed materials are discharged. The door opening mechanism consists of a set of connecting rod system, which is directly driven by an air cylinder.

A5: Mixed cooling and heating device; composed of cooling water grid, hot water tank, cooling and hot water circulation basin,etc. In order to ensure the temperature of the materials during mixing, the amount of cooling water and hot water should be adjusted automatically.

A6: Hybrid vacuum system. It is a complete vacuum system composed of vacuum pump, PLC program control system, gas storage tank,vacuum pipeline, vacuum valve, overseas filter assembly, etc.

A7: The hybrid AC inverter can avoid sudden movement, protect against short circuit and overload, and is maintenance-free.
