2010,company established,firtly mould workshop to process.
2011,business expansion to some customers in domestic,we purchase 3 CNC equipments again.
2012,we begin to set up our injection molding department,bought 6 injection machines.

We are cooperating with many clients all over the world and have a deep understanding of the mold industry, our experience range from simple design to challenging technical parts.

1.Calculating the mould cost and unit price according to your 3d drawing(stp.file or PDF.file)with detailed product information as your requirements.
2.If having no drawing,we can estimate the price according to the samples you provided.
3.Injection mold design and making, including DFM evaluation, mold flowing analysis;
4.Injection molding service for small batch to big volume production making;
5.One-stop service from mould design,mould manufacturer,mass production with painting/coating and silk printing,make the packaging as customer request.
6.ODM/OEM full products design and making;
7.Also provide assembly service for our customers.
Product /Mould Design Service or Project Evaluation
1.We provide DFM anaylis to your project by free, even at the enquiry stage.
2.We make the product design drawing and mould design as per your samples, when you want to produce your products but without drawing, we can make drawing as per your product.
3.New product design as per your idea, our engineer can make mould design as per your requirements.
4.Assess the reasonableness of the product's structure,send DFM report to customers for confirmation.After confirm OK,we will arrange to manufacture the mould.when finishing mould,then send test sample to customers for confirmation again.After it is ok,then we will arrange to produce volume production for all customers.
5.Whole project risk assessment,control and management.

2.Our QC team inspect all products are ok before shipping to be high level and meet your requirments.

Packaging & Delivery
Products Packaging Methods:
1-Wrapped with plastic bag or pearl-cotton protective packing material.
2-Put 5 layers standard export cartons with rigid protective layer.
3-Use glue tape to seal cartons.
4-Loading on pallet with protective rigid corners
5-Loading container for sea shipping.
Remark:if need DHL,FEDEX or UPS and so on express then no pallet needed.
Our shipping agent enable us to provide our client for Door to Door service as your requirements.
All products will be protected package very well during whole shipping.
