Our polycarbonate accessories including pc H shape profile, pc U shape profile, pc buckle down could connect sheets for covering large areas on structural buildings. All of them won't effect the incoming light at the connecting points. The profiles can be bent at the minimal radius permitted by the sheet.It won't effect light through the sheet connections.Excellent sealing properties in roofs and walls.Light, flexible, most economic and easy to install to save a lot of labor cost.

installation:
1). Ensure all sizes of Polycarbonate sheet and H shape plastic polycarbonate profile before installation.
 

2). Fit polycarbonate sheet into H shape plastic polycarbonate profile .
 

3). Secure the profile with screws to tighten the H shape plastic polycarbonate profile and polycarbonate sheet.

PC Profile(U H F ) Specification:

1. PC-U: 4mm/6mm, 8mm/10mm, 16mm/20mm...;

2. PC-H: 4mm/6mm, 8mm/10mm, 16mm/20mm...;

3. PC-UP & DOWN CONNECTOR: 4mm/ 6mm/ 8mm/10mm

Packaging Details :

1. convention acrylic sheet packing: covered with craft paper or PE film on double sides ,the covered film without any our company sign.
2.with pallet Bulk cargo packing: 2 tons per pallet, use wooden pallets and iron pallets on bottom, with packaging film packages all around ensure transportation security.
3.Full container load packing: 20-23 tons of a 20 foot container with 10 -12 pallets
