Geotextile laying process requirements
1. Base course inspection: check whether the base course is flat and solid. If there is any foreign matter, it shall be handled properly.
2. Trial paving: determine the size of geotextile according to the site conditions, and conduct trial paving after cutting, and the cutting size shall be accurate.
3. Check whether the Salar width is appropriate, and the lap joint shall be flat with appropriate tightness.
4. Positioning: the overlapping parts of two geotextiles shall be bonded with a hot-air gun, and the spacing of bonding points shall be appropriate.
5. When sewing the overlapping part, the suture shall be straight and the stitches shall be uniform.
6. After stitching, check whether the geotextile is laid smoothly and whether there are defects.
7. If there is any unqualified phenomenon, it shall be repaired in time.
Geotextile, also known as "geotextile", is a kind of permeable geosynthetics made of synthetic fiber as the main raw material and processed by different processes such as weaving process, weaving process and needling process. Most of these products are widely used in the fields of highway construction, water conservancy, drainage and so on.
1: Separation
Poking soil with polyester staple fiber is to isolate building materials with different physical properties (particle size, distribution, density, density, etc.) (such as soil and sand, soil, concrete, etc.). There is no loss or mixing between more than two materials, the overall structure and function of the materials are maintained, and the bearing capacity of the building is strengthened.
2: Filtering (filtering)
When water flows from the fine soil layer to the coarse soil layer, the polyester staple fiber is used to pierce the air permeability and water permeability of the geotextile to form water flow
In this way, soil particles, fine sand and small stones can be effectively intercepted to maintain the stability of water and soil engineering.
3: Drainage
Polyester staple fiber needle punched geotextile has good hydraulic conductivity, which can form drainage channels in the soil and mostly enter the soil structure.
The remaining liquid and gas are discharged from the body.
4: Reinforcement
The geotextile is punctured with polyester staple fiber to enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil, improve the stability of building structure and repair.

5: Protect
When the water is washed by the soil, it can effectively diffuse, transfer or decompose the concentrated stress to prevent the soil from being damaged by external forces, so as to protect the soil.
6: Prevent puncture
Combined with geomembrane, it becomes a composite waterproof and impermeable material, which can prevent puncture.
