With polypropylene or polyester fiber as the main raw material and processed by nonwoven process, it has the functions of isolation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, maintenance and protection. It is characterized by good flexibility, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, good water permeability, filtration and isolation performance, light weight and convenient handling, laying and construction.
The non-woven geotextile has good fabric gap and adhesion. Because the fiber is soft, it has certain tear resistance, good deformation adaptability and good plane drainage capacity. The surface is soft, with many gaps and good friction coefficient. It can increase the adhesion of soil particles, prevent particle loss, eliminate excess water, and has a soft surface with good protection ability.
Roll paving manually; The cloth surface shall be flat and properly reserved with deformation allowance. The installation of filament or short filament geotextile usually adopts several methods of lapping, stitching and welding. The width of stitching and welding is generally more than 0.1M, and the overlapping width is generally more than 0.2m. Geotextiles that may be exposed for a long time shall be welded or stitched.
