Shenzhen Han Hui Plastic Production Co., Ltd., is an experienced plastic packaging container manufacturer in China. Our factory is located in Pingshan high-technology development zone, Shenzhen city, China. Since its establishment in 2008, we have rapidly grown into an excellent manufacturer in China. Our packaging solutions and products are widely used in Cosmetics, Hotel Supply & Daily Chemicals, Medicine and Health-Care products, Home Cleansing products and Festival Decoration.
Based plenty of high accuracy machines and molds making, we provide qualified solutions for every packaging project with excellent item. Our rich experience is the guarantee of high quality products and services to meet different customer needs, and our capable team ensures fast response and cargo delivery; In 2019, we’ve opened the second manufacturing base in Huizhou city, China, which led to another significant increase in the total production capacity.
At present, our production procedures includes Injection-Blowing Molding (IBM), Injection Stretching-Blowing Molding (ISBM) and Extrusion-Blowing Molding (EBM). Generally we have 150 employees, 30 sets of automatic and customized injection blowing equipment, and the annual production capacity of general containers is nearly 200 million RMB. By 2019, we have served more than 150 customers in worldwide, and bring higher value-added to their products and brands. To provide high-quality packaging solutions and products to achieve customer brand value is what we are seeking every day and every year, with happiness and passion.
In today's world of increasingly serious environmental pollution and ecological destruction, Hanhui has also introduced a new renewable biodegradable material NatureWorks® PLA (POLYLACTIDE) in recent years , which is a fast biodegradable polymer based resin.We can use this green PLA material in almost any type of PET bottle listed in our catalog.
If you are interested in recycling materials or packaging, we can use Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) to produce new bottles and jars to achieve your sustainable packaging goals. Hanhui only use FDA-approved post-consumption resins (PCR) that can be safely used for food and skin contact in mono-layer applications. We can produce all kinds of packaging containers with up to 100% PCR content.

We provide a variety of surface treatment, including: matte finish, pearl color, frost-by color master, mold surface etched, metal color master, electroplated coated, etc.
As for logo methods, we can do screen printing, labeling, engraving, hot stamping, shrink label, transfer printing, and etc.

Quality Team:
We always put quality first. From incoming raw material inspections, and the production process, to the quality control of the final product, our IQC, IPQC and OCQ staff follow each step strictly with a systematic measurement for quality assurance.
We have the professional QC dept. to make the 3 times tests before making bulk production. And we will also select and inspect the quality of bottles and lids one by one before packaging. We have 1:1 replacement for the defective ones.

| History: | 2008 After full evaluation and preparation, HANHUI was established in January 2008, specialized in producing PET packaging bottles. And a Hong Kong branch office also set for exporting market.
2011 Rapid growth in HANHUI. Quality system certificated by ISO9001:2008. Annual sales reach RMB ￥20,000,000.
2014 Company production line strategy focus on PET packaging containers, served industries of cosmetic/personal care, hotel supplies cosmetics&personal care, daily chemicals, health care, food/kitchen containers. Expansion of production site to about 5,000 M2.
2018 Due to the manufacturing site limited in Shenzhen, the second manufacturing base was established in Huizhou City, about 1 hours from Shenzhen, there a larger building both better for producing and warehousing. Has been be honored as a national high-tech enterprise.
2020 In response to the demands of the global epidemic and better service to the regular customers, HANHUI invested lot of smart automatic equipment to improve the production efficiency. The production capacity was increased to 500,000pcs every 24 hours. We have successfully introduced recycled material PCR and PLA to fulfill our corporate responsibility for the global environment. |
