1. Products Overview
The closed loop stepping motor is a high-precision motion control motor. By adding the position sensor such as the encoder, the actual position of the motor is fed back to the driver or controller. The closed loop step motor has the advantages of high precision, high stability, and low vibration, and it is suitable for applications with higher accuracy requirements.
Working principle:
The working principle of the closed loop step into the motor is similar to the regular stepper motor, and the difference is that there is a position feedback by encoder, which enables higher accuracy and higher torque, lower vibration etc.
Closed loop stepper motors are relatively quieter and less resonated than stepping motors. At the same time, they can achieve position feedback and control. The correction time is shorter, and no step loss during operation. In terms of energy saving, running stability, and driving higher loads, the closed loop step motor has more advantages.
Compared with the servo motor, the advantages of closed -loop motors are mainly: higher torque at low speed conditions, shorter correction time, accurate positioning, no swing when reach target position, smaller size and lower price etc..
Advantages:
1. No step loss problem: Because the closed -loop step motor uses the encoder feedback control, it can correct the position deviation in real time, which will not lead to the phenomenon of throwing.
2. Higher speed and higher accuracy: Because the feedback system is used for control, the closed -loop step into the motor can achieve higher speed and higher accuracy.
3. Simple and easy -to -use: The control system of closed -loop step into the motor is relatively simple. Users only need to write the corresponding program to accurately control the motor
Application:
The closed loop step motor is suitable for automation control systems, which needs higher accuracy and other performance specifications, such as electronics devices manufacturing, CNC machines ( marking, cutting, engraving, milling, etc), robots, medical devices, testing equipment, packaging, microelectronics manufacturing, optical inspection instruments, printing machines, SPMs and other factory automations etc..
