1. Hollow Shaft Rotary Table Overview
The hollow shaft rotation platform is one of the most common rotation mechanism in industrial automation. It is mainly composed of rotary table, bearings, power transmission gears or gearboxes and electrical driving systems.
The rotary table is a hollow structure, which is convenient for installing trachea and wires. Bearing is used to support the turntable to ensure the stability and accuracy of the rotating platform. The gear transmission system achieves rotation effects through the gear meshing of the inner and outer rings, and uses a single -stage spiral gear deceleration method to increase the output torque to achieve high repetitive positioning accuracy (less than 5 arc seconds) and high rigidity.
The working principle of the rotation platform is to adjust the angle of the workpiece by the motor. The refined gear transmission ensures the unlimited limit of angle adjustment. Step motor and drive parts are connected by high -quality elastic shafts to eliminate spatial and processed position errors. Rotate the outer circle of the table with intuitive scale for easy observation. Standard interfaces are convenient for signal transmission, optional servo motors or step motors.
