Product Introduction

VGB-6 (refrigerator version) is an inert gas operation box with a built-in refrigerator. The box is filled with inert gas by pumping air to ensure that the indoor environment is less than 1ppm of water and oxygen, making the experimental environment more pure; The entire set of equipment is designed reasonably and operated in a simple and convenient manner; The box is equipped with an independent 35L refrigerator module, which can reduce the temperature to minus thirteen degrees Celsius without occupying internal space and can be controlled independently.

Technical Parameter

1. Box body
1.1 Box size: length x width x height=1220x780x900mm.
1.2 Material: All stainless steel structure (SUS 304), with a thickness of 3mm.
1.3 Glove opening: with a diameter of 220mm, made of hard aluminum alloy material and treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
1.4 Gloves: American PIERCAN gloves, with a diameter of 8 inches and a thickness of 0.4 mm, made of butyl rubber material.
1.5. Window: The inclined design of the operating surface is made of 10mm safety tempered glass, and the front window is pasted with a special customized ultra strong sealing ring, adopting a front door opening structure
1.6. It can maintain a certain positive and negative pressure (-12mbar to 12mbar) during use.
1.7. The box is equipped with energy-saving lighting and anti reflective materials, which provide soft light and prevent visual fatigue.
1.8. One porous power supply terminal board (power supply: 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 10%) is pre installed inside the box.
1.9 Set up 5 standard KF-40 interfaces on the back panel of the box for easy access to liquids, gases, signals, etc.
1.10 There are two layers of storage boards inside the box, which have the function of adjusting the height up and down.
1.11 Support: including casters, with a height of 914mm. The casters have functions such as leveling, moving, and fixing.
