It is a rolling sliding bearing taking steel plate as matrix, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, and modified POM rolled and oil storage pits on the surface
Can be manufactured to customer’s requirements.
Application Features
1. Good bearing performance and wear resistance.
2. It is suitable for rotation, swaying in high load and low speed, and frequent stop-start motion as well.
3. It can work for long time in the condition of boundary lubrication; longer service life can be achieved under regular oiling maintenance.
4. It is machinable for the POM on the surface when the bearing is fixed, to achieve better matching accuracy.
5. It is mainly applied in automotive chassis, metallurgical, mining, water conservancy, and construction, and agricultural machinery, steel rolling equipment as well.
6. Transfer film formed on operation to protect the shaft from getting stuck.
7. Better lubricating effect for sufficient lubricants on oil storage pits for standard products.
