Wuhan Xianglong Huahai Industrial & Trading Co.,Ltd located in Chinese nine provinces thoroughfares city, Wuhan, aims at researching, developing, manufacturing and selling food grade paper and plastic containers. Our new workshop covers 20,000㎡ with 150 employees. We have cast film production line, Heidelberger imprinter, six-color flexographic imprinter, slitter, cross-cutting machine, die cutting machine, automatic paper and plastic cup and bowl forming machine, plastic sheet extrusion machine, camber surface imprinter, etc. We use only materials and inks meeting national environmental standard.
Aim at customization as per customer's requirement, OEM and ODM are available.
Production Line:
We have a staff of 150 employees, 15 professional techinicians and 10 modernized paper cup production lines, in the possession of 5 millions usd as fixed asset. More than 20 sets of high speed paper cup machines produce single, double and ripple wall paper cups for cold and hot use.
R&D:
Polylactic acid (PLA)--the most promising green and eco-friendly material in 21th century is beneath the attention of environmentalists and people from various industries because of its excellent performance and because it’s made from renewable resources other than non-renewable oil. It is a kind of biobased material which possibly form large-scale commercial production. Nowadays, on the occasion of people all over the world advocating “ Energy saving & carbon reducing” , our country is strengthening the control on food packaging industry step by step. As biobased material, PLA would be able to replace traditional plastic in lots of areas by virtue of excellent performance. Besides, PLA plastic products can compose after being used. Applying PLA, a kind of new green material made from renewable resources (like corn starch) to disposable cutlery and food packaging container can meet the requirements of protecting the environment to the greater extent.

History:
Stage 1. Wuhan Xianglong Huahai Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd was estabilished and started the frist paper cup production line in 2013.
Stage 2.Wuhan Xianglong Huahai was granted independent import & export right in 2015, began to get into international market, 2 more paper cup production lines started.
Stage 3. Plastic cup production line started since 2019.
