Pipe Flange Connection Rubber Joint Rubber Expansion Joint
Rubber joints are also called rubber hose soft joints, flexible rubber joints, rubber soft joints, flexible rubber joints, high-pressure rubber joints, rubber shock absorbers, compensators, etc. According to the connection mode, there are three types: loose flange type, fixed flange type and threaded type; according to the structure, it can be divided into 5 types: single sphere, double sphere, reducer, curved sphere and air pressure plate. Tubular rubber parts are composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, ply, and wire ring, which are vulcanized and molded and then combined with metal flanges or parallel joint loose sleeves. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and is widely used in various pipeline systems.
1. The appropriate model must be selected according to the working pressure, connection method, medium and compensation amount of the pipeline, and the number should be selected according to the construction displacement requirements.
2. When the pipeline generates instantaneous pressure and is greater than the working pressure, a joint that is one gear higher than the working pressure should be used.
3. When the pipeline medium is acid, alkali, oil, high temperature and other extraordinary materials, a joint that is one gear higher than the working pressure of the pipeline should be selected.
4. The flange connecting the rubber joint should be a valve flange or a flange conforming to GB/(RF)
5. The normal applicable medium for flexible rubber joints is ordinary water with a temperature of 0-60℃. For extraordinary mediums such as oil, acid, alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard texture conditions, the corresponding special resistant material rubber should be selected. Connectors cannot be used blindly or universally.
6. When the flexible rubber joint is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it should be located on the side close to the water pump, and a metal reducing joint should be installed between it and the water pump, and it should be installed at the large diameter of the reducer.
7. When the pipeline displacement ≥ the maximum compensation amount of the joint, the number of joints should be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the excess tolerance of the pipeline to make the joint in a state of extreme disturbance displacement and deviation. Not to exceed the limit (extension, displacement, offset, etc.).
