High-precision aluminum target plate for steam pipe purging is customized according to requirements
Before the pipeline is purged, orifice plates, flange-connected regulating valves, main valves, throttle valves, safety valves, instruments, etc. should not be installed. For the above-mentioned valves and instruments connected by welding, the bypass should be used or the seal should be removed. Protective measures such as pieces.
The order of purging should be carried out in the order of main pipe, branch pipe, and drain pipe. The blown out dirt must not enter the pipe that has been purged.
The dirt discharged by purging shall not pollute the environment, and random discharge is strictly prohibited.
A restricted area should be set before purging.
After the pipeline has been purged qualified, other operations that affect the cleaning shall not be carried out.
Parameter requirements and operation of shooting
1. Targeting is divided into three stages of combined purge mode: voltage stabilization purge ~ depressurization targeting ~ re-stabilization.
2. Before shooting operation, preheat the shooting pipeline to avoid uneven expansion, stress concentration, damage to equipment and cause accidents.
3. Control the steam pressure at about 3.5MPa (inlet valve 1), and carry out steady-pressure purge. It requires 15-20 minutes each time, and each time interval is when the temperature of the main steam line drops below 150℃ before the next blow Sweep, stabilization and purge 2-3 times.
4. After the voltage stabilization and purging, close the isolation valve 1 of the inlet device, install the target plate at the target plate position to reduce the pressure to target, control the pressure above 3.5Mpa, quickly open the isolation valve 1, and control the line speed of the pipeline above 35m/s , Immediately close the isolation valve 1 after 1 to 3 minutes to check the purge quality.
5. If the quality is unqualified after the inspection, prepare for the next purge again.
6. Target plate quality standard: the aluminum plate should have no pit marks larger than 0.5mm in the range of 1cm2.
7. In order to ensure the quality of shooting, the target board is required to be inspected twice to meet the qualification standard to be qualified.
