1. After the strength test of the pipeline system, before the air pressure tightness test, purging and cleaning should be carried out in sections

The purging of the gas is generally carried out in sequence by the main pipe, the branch pipe, and the dredging pipe.
3. Before the pipeline is flushed, a detailed flushing plan should be prepared and carried out according to the system section.
4. Equipment and pipelines that are not allowed to be purged are separated from the purge system.
5. After the pipeline cleaning is qualified, in addition to the specified inspection and recovery work, no other work that affects the cleaning of the pipe shall be performed, and the "Pipeline System Blowing Record" shall be filled out.

The discharge port must be equipped with noise reduction equipment, and the discharge port must be led to the outside and face upwards. , A barrier should be set up around the discharge port, and no one is allowed to enter the barrier during purging. In order to prevent personnel from accidentally entering the scope of the purge port and causing personal accidents.
During steam purging, the steam supply boiler must supply steam continuously due to the large amount of steam consumption and the large variation in height.
