Product launch:
18" UHMWPE pipe is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with a viscosity-average molecular weight greater than 1.5 × 106, and is obtained by polymerization of ethylene under the action of a catalyst. Its molecular weight has reached over 5 million, its five properties of abrasion, impact and Corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and absorption of impact energy are the best among available plastics.It is considered the world's “marvelous plastic” UHMWPE, a new star of materials, presenting a vigorous life and playing an important part in many regions of national economy.
Product Features:
1. Anti abrasion: Under the same example, the large lost is only the 1/7 of steel pipes.
2. Anti high pressure: it is under the press Mpa to 4.0Mpa.
3. Anti-corrosion very well because of the solid structure.
4. From lubrication: the abrasion is the least among all pipe materials, under the same conditions, the pressure lost is only the steel pipe-ends 1/10 and only the nylon 1/7.
5. Non-scaling: the internal wall is so slippery that the medium cannot deposit on it.
6. Light weight: the density is the 1/8 of the steel, it is easy to convey and install.
7. Available to connection: it is by flange or hoop, convenient to install.
8. Anti-aging: there is anti-ultraviolet radiation material in the tubes, can last over 50 years under the hot sun.
9. Temperature: the tube can be between -70°C to 85°C.
10. Long service life: under the same conditions, the service life of used steel pipe ends is 7 times.
