Hydraulic Drive Diamond Wire Guillotine Saw Concrete Cutting Machine
The underwater submarine pipeline diamond wire saw cutting machine features lightweight aluminum plate construction, long life diamond wire cutting element, hydraulically operated synchronized clamping arms, self-adjusting automatic feed system, and an overload clutch for bow damage prevention. All subsea DWS have a unique hydrodynamic design that can dramatically reduce centrifugal forces during operation, which means less power wasted in churning water and more power directed to cutting the work piece.
The underwater submarine pipeline diamond wire saw which is designed for subsea cutting of pipes, structure and concrete. It is applied in platform operations, shallow sea operations and deep sea operations.

Self-Adjusting Auto-feed
The diamond wire saw features a unique self-adjusting auto-feed system that controls wire bend and automatically matches the feed rate to the cutting rate. With the ability to adjust the feed until the cutting action catches up, DWS delivers more efficient cutting action with enhanced operator safety and greatly extended wire life.
Self-Regulating tensioning system
Spring and cylinder can maintain a constant tension of the diamond rope, which effectively prevent excessive tension causing damage to the machine, enhance the safety of the operator and greatly extend the rope life.
