Product introduction:
Plunger valve is a type of shut-off valve that utilizes the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the valve seat to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. Plunger valves mainly consist of valve bodies, valve covers, plungers, sealing rings, and springs. When the plunger moves towards the valve seat under the action of the spring, the contact pressure between the sealing ring on the valve seat and the plunger gradually increases until sufficient sealing pressure is reached before the valve is completely closed.
Plunger valve is one of the control valve products with a straight bottom opening. Its working principle is to directly use the contact seal between the plunger and the valve seat for flow control. Plunger valves are widely used in various industrial fields, such as chemical, petroleum, food, medicine, etc. Its main advantages are simple structure, reliable sealing, long service life, and a relatively large flow range.
