Product introduction:
ZAZP electric single seat regulating valve, ZAZN electric double seat regulating valve, and SZAZM electric sleeve regulating valve are composed of electric actuators and various valve bodies (single seat, double seat, sleeve), and have the characteristics of various valves. The electric regulating valve is powered by a single-phase AC 220V power supply and receives a unified standard electrical signal of 0-10mADC or 4-20mADC. It automatically controls the valve opening to achieve automatic control of parameters such as working flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level. It is one of the components of automatic regulation in the production process. Product features:
1. The adjustable range is large, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50, and the flow characteristics have straight lines and equal percentages.
2. The valve body is designed according to the principles of fluid mechanics as a low flow resistance channel with an equal cross-section, which increases the rated flow coefficient by 30%.
3. The regulating and cutting type adopts a soft sealing structure valve core, which meets the VI level leakage standard (zero leakage).
4. The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the accuracy of automatic adjustment.
5. Electric operators come in various forms and can be applied to 4-20mA. DC or 0-10mA DC.
6. The bellows sealed regulating valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, blocking fluid leakage.
7. The electronic electric regulating valve can be directly controlled by the current signal to control the valve opening, without the need for a servo amplifier.
