Product introduction:
A globe valve consists of two sides that which are unscrewed to open and close the valve. They’re most typically employed to open, close, or throttle flow in systems. Globe valves have a stem that swings up and down to control flow within the valve, as well as a disc (ball, composition, or plug) and a seat that is generally connected into the valve body. The flow line is parallel to or inclined to the seats. For fluid control and throttling, globe valves have long been the industry standard. Globe valves are used to control the flow of a fluid as well as to shut it off. Unlike check valves, globe valves are bi-directional, meaning the fluid can flow in either direction within the valve. Globe valves allow you to adjust flow and pressure as well as shut off the flow completely. These can be utilised both manually and automatically.
The design and manufacturing of American standard globe valves comply with the requirements of American national standard ANS1 B16.34, American Petroleum Institute standards API6D and AP1600. The size of American standard globe valves is different from that of national standards, so they are used in pipelines that also use American standards, playing a matching role. They are not only used in normal temperature and pressure conditions, but also in situations where the valve disc has a small opening and closing stroke and the sealing surface can withstand multiple opening and closing, making them suitable for frequent opening and closing. The materials of the main body, internal components, fillers, gaskets, and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions. Before leaving the factory, the shell is made according to the national standard and sealed with double-layer inspection. Suitable for high pressure.
