Product introduction:
The automatic micro exhaust valve is used at the highest or bend on the pipeline, or at places with closed air, to remove gas from the pipeline and clear it, achieving normal operation. If this valve is not installed, there will be air resistance in the pipeline at any time, causing the water capacity of the pipeline to not meet the design requirements. Secondly, power outages or pump shutdowns during pipeline operation can cause pipeline vibration or rupture even if negative pressure occurs. The exhaust and intake valves quickly suck air into the pipe to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture. Working principle; When water enters the pipeline, the plug stops at the lower part of the positioning for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the water enters the valve to float the ball and drive the plug to close, stopping the exhaust.
During normal operation of pipelines, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated, which will accumulate in the upper part of the pipeline. To a considerable extent, the water level inside the valve will drop, and the floating ball will descend along the water. The gas will be discharged from the small hole. In case of power outage, pump shutdown, or empty water flow in the pipeline, negative pressure will occur, and the floating ball will descend along the water. The small hole will be opened for a large amount of air intake to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
