Product introduction:

A brass raw material threaded pressure reducing valve adjusts the flow rate of the medium by controlling the opening and closing parts inside the valve body, reducing the pressure of the medium. At the same time, it uses the pressure behind the valve to adjust the opening and closing parts, keeping the pressure behind the valve within a certain range. Under the condition that the inlet pressure does not change continuously, the outlet pressure is kept within the set range to protect the subsequent living and production equipment.

This adjustable pressure reducing valve is mainly used in various building water supply systems, fire fighting systems, central air conditioning systems and heating systems, for branch pipeline pressure reduction, which can make the water supply pressure distribution more balanced, avoid partial water supply over-pressure, optimize the water supply division of high-rise buildings.

Product features:

This series of pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the master cylinder and the pilot valve. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, and the change in outlet pressure is sensed by the diaphragm. The pilot valve drives the piston to adjust the size of the flow area at the throttle position of the master cylinder (i.e. the corresponding change in the control channel cross-sectional area), achieving the conversion of flow rate and pressure and it is with below advantages,

1. Compact structure and light weight, due to the use of a hydraulic balance mechanism, this valve has the advantages of small volume and light weight;
2. Good sealing performance, it is adopting a PTFE packing sealing structure, the sealing performance is good;
